Candace Hadden, D.V.M. completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Tennessee before obtaining her veterinary degree from Louisiana State University.  Candi came to Fort Oglethorpe in 1991, bringing her "gentle touch" to the pets seen.  Her husband, Richard is a regulatory pharmacist working for the State of Tennessee and they have a new home in Cummings Cove.

With both of her children still in elementary school, she works hard to balance her veterinary career with being an attentive mother.  Special interest in dermatology and soft tissue surgery is accompanied by a special knowledge of pharmacology and making sure that her patients have medications compounded for easy administration. 

Dr. Hadden continues to serve on the Board of Directors of the R.I.V.E.R. Animal Hospital (the "Emergency Clinic")

The Haddens love to travel when possible and Candi has an extensive working knowledge of Orlando and Disney World.
