Appointment Policy

Walk-in clients are welcome, however appointments are preferred. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority followed by Patients with previously scheduled appointments.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cash and personal checks.

Clients who need to pay over time may qualify for Care Credit, offering up to 90 days of interest free credit.  Our staff will gladly help you apply while your pet's condition is evaluated.

Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms.  We will gladly supply a leash at no charge if needed and a holding cage is availble in the waiting room for special pets.

All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
